Authors who publish their manuscripts in AL-IKTISAB: Journal of Islamic Economic Law agree to the following terms:

Author Retention: Authors retain full copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.

Licensing: Simultaneously, the published work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

Secondary Distribution: Authors are permitted to enter into separate, non-exclusive contractual arrangements for the distribution of the journal's published version of their work (e.g., depositing it in an institutional repository, archiving it on a personal website, or publishing it as a book chapter), provided that its initial publication in AL-IKTISAB is explicitly acknowledged.

Pre-print & Post-print Sharing: Authors are encouraged to post their manuscripts online (including institutional repositories or personal web pages) prior to and during the submission process. This practice fosters productive academic exchange and can enhance early citations.
